HOW TO APPLY
Every CRNYHS must apply for financial aid. We use FACTS to determine financial eligibility based on the information shaded in the application of financial aid. This includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.
FACTS uses a combination of factors to determine if financial aid assistance is provided. Families never pay more than $200/month ($2,000) annually. The total cost of education is supplemented by the student’s Corporate Work Study earnings.
FAMILY CONTRIBUTION
The Corporate Work Study program places students in entry-level corporate jobs in area partner businesses as well as nonprofit organizations, where they work one day each week, gaining professional corporate work experience and developing life skills.
Families make an affordable "family contribution" of $55 - $200 per month for 10 months ($800 - $2000 annually) toward tuition. The family contribution will be determined according to the income and household size. All families must complete a financial determination application as part of the admission process. Every possible effort will be made to make a CRNYHS education affordable to those who qualify and wish to attend.
Please remember to return to your dashboard after you submit your FACTS application, as CRNYHS requires you to upload additional tax documentation including:

A copy of 2023 tax return (form 1040)

Most recent W-2s for all jobs held by contributing adults in the household

Proof of other forms of income (if applicable)
FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION
Most families are able to complete the financial aid application on FACTS in under 30 minutes. The application can be shared with any other private schools that also use FACTS. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.

Financial aid applications for the 25-26 school year are now open. To get started, please go to the Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The FACTS application is mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You can also save your progress and return at any time. CRNYHS applicants do not have to pay the FACTS application fee.
